Return & Refund Policy

At Growbiza, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We have designed our return and refund policy in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 to ensure a fair and transparent experience.

 

4.1  Eligibility for Returns

You may return a book within 7 days of delivery if:

      The book received is different from what you ordered (wrong title, author, edition, or language)

      The book is physically damaged, or has missing/torn pages

      The book arrived in a damaged packaging that compromised the product

      You received a duplicate item in the same order

The following are NOT eligible for return:

      Books that have been read, highlighted, annotated, or show signs of use

      Books with removed price tags or tampered seals (for shrink-wrapped editions)

      Digital products, e-books, or downloadable content once accessed

      Books purchased under clearance sale, deep-discount, or non-returnable offers (clearly marked at time of purchase)

      Personalised or custom-printed books

4.2  How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

      Step 1: Email us at support@growbiza.shop within 3 days of delivery

      Step 2: Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the book and packaging

      Step 3: Our customer support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number

      Step 4: Pack the book securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated courier point or schedule a pickup (we will arrange reverse pickup for eligible returns)

      Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned book (typically 3–4 business days), your refund will be initiated

4.3  Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we are happy to arrange one subject to availability. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days. If the replacement book is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

4.4  Cancellation Policy

      Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse

      To cancel, visit 'My Orders' on growbiza.in or contact our support team within 2 hours of placing the order

      Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 3–5 business days
